Brake Check

I'm sorry that I didn't ask to the gentleman that helped me, his name. But I would like to tell him that he knows how to treat the client. Congratulations. I came in to ask about an alignment, and it was done within 15 minutes. Excellent service and excellent customer service. I will definitely return for future services

Needed my oil changed and brakes checked so I decided to try Brake Check. I called this morning to get a quick estimate. When I got there a gentleman came right out to greet me. Before I could get settled inside good my car was already in a bay getting checked out. I observed fast friendly customer service as I waited. I was impressed with the text message updates and analysis I received for future reference. They gained a new customer today. I would definitely recommend letting them service your vehicle.

My experience with Brake Check was overwhelmingly positive, from the initial phone call to confirming my online appointment and being greeted at my vehicle upon arrival. I visited for an alignment and was presented with unforeseen issues. The Brake Check representative was highly informative regarding my options, without exerting any pressure to make an immediate decision. I received a detailed invoice outlining their findings, along with a positive attitude and an invitation to reach out if I required further assistance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking brake, oil, and alignment services.

Spoke to Mohammed on the phone about some issues I was having with my brakes. He was able to get me in the same day. By far the best price around. He was also extremely friendly and attentive and seemed to be doing more than just working the front desk! He was making sure every customer was taken care of while also taking care of me. I could tell he was really knowledgeable as well! Well, absolutely come back for future services.

My daughter needed an alignment so we made an appointment and brought her car in to Brake Check in Pearland. We then found out that her tire rods needed replacement but we didn’t have the money to pay for it at the time. Once we had the money to fix her inner/outer tire road fixed, we made an appointment and took her car to Brake Check. Vinny (I hope I said his name correctly!) was an absolute angel in disguise! He remembered us from the last time and gave us the same quote he gave us the first time we came in. Everything was fixed in less than 2hours and we were on our way! Such great customer service at this place! They actually care about their customers and do their absolute best to take…
